Began install programme of EcoBAY Hi-Rack & Wide Beam systems at Filton.
Over 300 luminaires replaced at heights of up to 20mtrs in aircraft production areas.
Fully programmable from the ground via handset, PIR occupancy & Daylight dimming
Co2 reduced by 290 Tonnes, returning on investment in 2 years.
Worked in conjunction with KPMG to secure Enhanced Capital Allowance claim.
Airbus awarded Ecotronic UK Limited a framework contract, to upgrade and replace existing lighting systems throughout its UK sites.
2010
A further 350 units replaced in late 2010, saving over 300 Tonnes.
Part of this project was the replacement of 312 x 400watt Hi-Bay fittings with 156 x EcoBAY680 Hi-Rack units within one area.
Returning investment in approx 2 years & a 50% fitting reduction for the client.
2011
Continuing works scheduled for three further areas in early spring.
